Partner Career

Goal: Getting to understand the differences between your own culture and the destination country’s culture. Developing skills to achieve career goals while abroad.
Target group: Expats joining their partner and wishing to continue their careers during the assignment of their partner.
Length of program:                     1 day.

This program is aimed at developing and matching competences of the expat partner with the possibilities to pursue a career in the destination country. 
Subjects matter includes:
  • resume and past experience
  • local business culture: how to network, hierarchy. Also, some useful tips & tricks, e.g. how to write a resume and styles of communication/conversation.

1 trainer for general modules, overall hosting of training. 1 or several countryexperts for specific modules. These experts have local experience.
